Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- Singapore: Standard $4.50 USD | Free over $75 USD
- Australia: Standard $6.95 USD | Free over $75 USD
- International (US/UK/Global): Standard $12.95 USD | Free over $75 USD
- Estimated delivery times: SG 3–7 days, AU 7–14 days, US/UK/Global 10–21 days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. GLOWSY is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
